The BSP released the following Circular Letters related to publication/ posting of certain documents for
BSP-regulated entities.
Circular Letter (CL) No. 2018-02 dated January 9, 2018
Pursuant to Section 61 of RA No. 8791, the BSP requires all Banks to publish/post their Balance Sheets
(Head Office, branches and other offices) together with its Consolidated Balance Sheet (bank subsidiaries
and its affiliates), if applicable, as of December 31, 2017, in accordance with Subsection X192.9 of the
Manual of Regulations for Banks and Memorandum No. M-2017-030 dated October 2, 2017.
Circular Letter (CL) No. 2018-03 dated January 9, 2018
Pursuant to Section 61 of RA No. 8791, the BSP requires all Non-Bank Financial Institutions with
Quasi-Banking Functions and/or Trust Authority to publish/post their Statement of Condition (Head
Office, branches and other offices) together with its Consolidated Statement of Condition (bank
subsidiaries and its affiliates), if applicable, as of December 31, 2017, in accordance with Subsection
4192Q,3 of the Manual of Regulations for Non-Banks (MORNBFI) and Section 4181N of MORNBFI of
trust entities.
