On January 15, 2018, the Insurance Commission circularized the copy of the Anti-Money Laundering Council’s
Resolution No. 107, Series of 2017, dated November 15, 2017 and AMLC Registration and Reporting Guidelines
(ARRG), which was issued as AMLC Regulatory Issuance (A) No. 4, Series of 2017.
The ARRG is the AMLC’s comprehensive effort to provide the legal and policy framework for registration by covered persons into the AMLC’s online system and to ensure proper and timely compliance with reporting requirements.
The ARRG took effect on January 4, 2018. The requirements for the Uploading of Electronic Returns (E-Returns) for freeze orders shall take effect on the first banking day of January 2018.
